I’m so excited and pleased with how this project has turned out as I feel it’s a great example, showcasing a range of services that we offer here at Big Light Digital.
Please see a list below of some of the services that have been carried out for Legacy Consultants by Big Light Digital – a community consultancy company that specialise in stakeholder engagement:
- Brand consultancy Legacy Consultants, previously known as First Class Legacy, required some strategic thinking around their brand messaging. This was with a view to help them to communicate two different sides of their business to different audiences. The look and feel of Legacy Consultants had to be distinctly different from another arm of their organisation (which is also currently being developed).
- Design and IA User experience plays a crucial part in how your audience engage with your content and for how long. The Legacy Consultants website takes a very simple structure that allows their target audience to be guided to the information and content that they are looking for – removing as many obstacles as possible. The main goals are to assure their users of their credibility and to also encourage them to make contact for a free 30 minute consultation, or to download one of their product sheets providing more information on their services.
- Website maintenance Once a website is complete and the approach and design has been thought through and implemented, the work begins to ensure that the website is maintained internally and externally, ensuring content is kept up to date, security of the site is monitored and that analytics and search engine optimisation (SEO) is maintained – all areas of expertise and services provided by Big Light Digital.
