Once you’ve chosen the bundle that’s the right fit for you, (have you tried our bundle matchmaker quiz?), a bundle that has a one time payment can be purchased in full on the website.
A bundle that has a 3x instalment option will allow you to make an initial deposit of 20% of the price of the bundle via our website.
On commencement of the project you will be given a link to set up 2 instalment payments. One, exactly half way through the project to clear 50% of the remaining balance, followed by the remaining instalment on project completion once you are happy with the results.
When your design project is complete, we’ll send you a Google link to download your files in all relevant formats. You’ll have 30 days to grab them before the link expires.
On all website projects you will be given usernames and passwords in a secure handover on project completion.
We want this process to be as quick, efficient and as value packed as possible.
Once you have chosen your package and made your payment, you’ll receive an email with a pre project kick-off questionnaire, a Calendly link to book your call and (if needed) a GoCardless link for milestone billing.
On the call, we’ll gather the details we need and agree on a project timeline once we have all your files and images.
If you’d like your designs printed, please allow extra time and budget beyond the design schedule and bundle timeframes.
We’re happy to gather print costs for you at any stage of the project.
Our bundle timeframes are set to cover everything needed, but if you need your project sooner, we’re happy to explore a bespoke option to fit your schedule.
For bundles over £350, you can pay in 3 instalments: a 20% deposit upfront, through our website, followed by on payment midway and the final payment on project completion.
We use GoCardless for the instalments.
We work with solo entrepreneurs, start-ups and small to medium-sized businesses, especially those with a modest budget who don’t want to compromise on quality.
The final design is what our charge covers, while the original design files remain the intellectual property of HOL Group. If you’d like to purchase the files outright, just get in touch with us.
All files belong to HOL Group and therefore can only be edited by our designer apart from social media templates that are provided as part of the Digital Marketing Activation Starter and Pro bundle.
All websites that we design and build come with a 30-day warranty, during which we’ll handle any fixes or updates free of charge. After that, we recommend our Signature Website Care Bundle to keep your site running smoothly and performing and functioning correctly.
