First Class Foundation is a prominent charity in the West Midlands, making a huge impact in the Youth & Community space as a foundation set up to support young people and their families.
Pre-pandemic, HOL Group supported First Class Foundation with their branding, design and marketing efforts to develop their identity to engage young people and their families as beneficiaries of their support services. Please see multiple projects below that took place before this project:
First Class Foundation found that the initial design of their website, was no longer fit for purpose and did not do an efficient job of engaging stakeholders and donors. They required a platform which was designed inline with charity expectations, communicating cohesively to their stakeholders and donors what they do and their impact. They would then use their social media platforms to promote events and engage with families and young people.

First Class needed help with their user experience to map out the user journey and to think about what pages they required on the website to help tell their story.
Strategy included:
HOL Group then went on to design and build a WordPress website with a robust CMS system, whilst considering donation functionality and reinforcing the messaging of Corporate Partnership. Credibility of the charity would be highlighted with reports and evaluation downloadables that could be easily accessed on the site.
All pages were SEO optimised.
The CEO and Founder of First Class Foundation have gladly reported success following the implementation of their new website. They had their Board along with other stakeholders and partners review their new look and received positive feedback that the user experience is much better and the impact of the foundation is plain to see. First Class are adding blog posts to the site and understand that by doing so increases their credibility and also improves their SEO performance.
